Culture and Rap top the bill in Hemyock Community Week

USA born Soprano Lynn Daniels-Morgan will head a line up of professional musicians for an event entitled "From Baroque to Folk" on the 17th May at Hemyock.Billed as a collection of agreeable light opera, classical violin and piano pieces, the tea time concert will be reminiscent of events held in Victorian days.
Rap artist Neil Reid will appear at Ignition, a live music youth event, accompanied by his One Way band the following Saturday 24th May.
These events are just two in a number of daily activities included within a Community Week (17th - 25th) organised by Hemyock Baptist Church.
From Baroque to Folk Tea Time Concert 5pm Saturday 17th May
Ignition Youth Event 7.30pm Saturday 24th May
Both events live at Hemyock Baptist Church. No admission charges, but funds being raised for charity at the concert.
