Around 60 people made the Easter Monday ramble at Hemyock this year. The weather threatened but held fair for the event which is organised annually by Hemyock Baptist Church. The walk was planned by villager Julie Steed who is a trained Ramblers Association leader. At the halfway stage walkers enjoyed a coffee break at Lower Mackham Farm and a light lunch on return to the Church. Proceeds after costs were given to support a couple from the Church, Trevor & Sarah Jackson, who are undergoing ministry training at Moorlands College.
